SELCO has fashioned an Android-based application that operates on the highly versatile and flexible open-source ERPNext platform. This novel app serves as a panacea for our Customer Support Executives by automating their manual processes. This application not only hastens the process but also reduces the likelihood of errors, while effortlessly providing relevant data to the operating CSE. The application effectively works in the offline mode, which is a crucial feature for our operations in rural areas. By eliminating the need for paper-based data entry, the app ensures that most of the required data is automatically populated from the existing MIS system, thereby saving our workforce the trouble of manual entry, except for the site-specific details. The app boasts an array of features, such as direct customer calling from the app, capturing customer signatures and feedback, and recording their location. All in all, the app has actualises a more efficient operation.
