Mcom filling is a program operated under the auspices of the Ministry of Education, which allows the administrators or anyone on their behalf to easily and quickly order two hours of inventory throughout the school year.
The repository is an effective and convenient management tool for recruitment from a place of work due to the short-term absence of teaching staff in the educational institution for a short period of time (hours / days), and, as far as possible, ensures school curriculum and kindergartens without disruption.
The "fill Mcom" application is operated by Maof Human Resources, which has been selected to provide the service in the districts: North, Tel Aviv and Jerusalem.
the form of the work:
· Human Resources Flight is responsible for recruiting local inventory and registering in the database. The database will only contain candidates who meet the threshold requirements set by the Ministry of Education.
· All applicants included in the database have been subjected to a comprehensive security examination and have been approved to serve as a two-hour commander from the Ministry of Education (including LGBT certificates and lack of sexual offenses).
· All hourly place inventory is required to be listed in the repository. A candidate who is not listed in the database may not work as an alternate.
· In order to obtain entry information, contact the Personnel Department by email at: Miluy_Makom@education.gov.il and identify the taxpayer's ID number and institution number.
