The SERO system (Electronic Service for Works Assessment) established by RFB Normative No. 2021, of April 16, 2021, replaced the DISO system, and is the environment for the E-CAC (Virtual Service Center) of the Federal Revenue Service, where construction, demolition or renovation is carried out to collect the INSS for construction work.
