About Atlas Engineering App

It allows your Engineering department to:
• Receive Traces from different departments and convert them to Service Requests
• Mark these Service Requests as Low, Medium or High Priority
• Mark these Service Requests as resolved
• View unresolved Service Requests in order of priority
• Scan QR Codes of fixed assets to view unit information such as purchase date, warranty period, repair history, and others**
• Create Purchase Requests from within the app**
• Change the status of the Service Request from For Approval, Approved,
• Disapproved, Pending, On-going, and Completed/Finished**
