Policies, programs and projects that promote, encourage and develop the training, creation, production, research, dissemination and memory of the visual arts, audiovisual, circus, dance, literature, music and theater. Public Policy conceived in the sense of democratic construction of the necessary paths to achieve goals established from the dialogue between government, society and cultural agents.
