before a dunk .. Third time is a moment to dedicate to ourselves ..
Sharing, movement and relaxation are the fundamental ingredients from which to start the story of who we are,
of what we believe in and what the entire center is based on. We are confident that these are the words that
they create the foundation for that subjective idea of well-being and health that we all seek or to
maintain and / or why not improve.
We were not born to stand still, we believe that moving around every day brings us a good mood,
it takes away from stress, anxiety, depression and diseases, consolidates our skills and makes it happen
knowing new ones, includes us in a group, makes us participate in an event. We walk, we pedal,
we run, jump, crawl, roll .. no matter what, it matters.
Third time is joy, third time is fatigue, third time is a hug with a sweaty teammate, third time
time is the cackle of a child, third time is a demi volee challenge, third time is a
