The Shanjos Mess Hotel’s roots can be traced all the way back to 2018. Founded by Mr. Saran under the name Andhra mess Hotel in Coimbatore. He always make a turban called Andhra(a traditional crispy sytle), which over the years became synonymous with his brand and cooking styles, leading him to earn the nick name “Andhra Spicy” which would eventually became the name of our brand and restaurants.
