How It Works

Download the app, then create and authorise your account in seconds by confirming your phone number and/or email. Select your town/city, pick a ride plan (Day Pass, or Monthly Subscription), add your payment method.

When you want to use a bike, first RESERVE a bike in the app before you arrive at your preferred Station. Once at the Station, scan the QR code of your reserved bike to unlock from Station. If the chain lock is on the bike, use code displayed in the app to unlock. You are now ready to ride! At the end of your journey return the bike from the station from which you took the bike.
