the app refuses to accept my credit card information. have had multiple calls and no results. no VPN and the information I'm entering is correct. extremely difficult to reach anyone in support as they keep passing you off to a different department and the response time is extremely slow period one of the worst technical support experiences I've ever known

Why after an update do you have to sign in again? What does Fuel Rewards have to do with Shell? Very frustrating when you have to sign into the app again at the pump before you get gas. Use biometric sign-in to make it easier on your customers
