Thus, facilitating a match making between the citizens and the schemes. The app also provides a grievance redressal system for the citizens, bridging the gap between the common man and the elected representatives.

This app is the brainchild of India Action Project, a rural and civic tech startup working towards harnessing the immense untapped socio-economic potential of rural India by building India’s largest rural distribution network of prominent and prestigious DigiSaathis who provide last mile physical and digital connection between consumers and organisations. Through this network of DigiSaathis we intend to generate alternate livelihood opportunities as well as create awareness about diverse government welfare schemes.
DigiBharat app is built by IAP Media as a part of our e-governance product suite. Our research team gathers information about various government schemes from publicly available sources such as government websites, departmental websites, government notifications and other public sources to include it in our database of the application.
