What app is this omg? Literally a fraud. I had ordered a necklace from here and wanted to request return on it but the app was not opening after delivery of the product..I had contacted them too, they didn't answer only, no help assisted. Also, when I asked for order and all, they were really cooperative and quick with answering but after the dilevery, not a single message of mine was seen by them.
