The radio was founded in the month of November 1991 in a de facto partnership formed with Ruben Alberto Adami and Carlos Alberto Adami, operating in the beginning at the address of La Plata 71 in the town of Stroeder.
In 1994 the company was dissolved, leaving Carlos Alberto Adami in charge, moving the station to its current address located at 329 Viedma street, receiving in 1992 under resolution N ° 65HCD / 92, from the HCD of the municipality of Patagones a recognition of the task carried out in the field of information, in 1994 under resolution 03HCD / 94 it was declared of municipal interest, in 1996 under Resolution 036/95 of the General Directorate of Buenos Aires Civil Defense Secretary of Security was declared, auxiliary collaborator of the Buenos Aires civil defense, in 2010 the ownership changes, becoming owner Andres Javier Adami DNI 29.050.264, recognized under file No. 2071.00.0 / 06 of the federal authority of audiovisual communication services and approved by the Secretary General of the Presidency of the Nation through the issuance of Resolution N ° 124 / SG / 02 modified by its similar Nos. 215 / SG / 04 and 672 / SG / 06 and that later the org Anismo proceeded to assign channel 278 frequency 103.5 Mhz, category E, distinctive signal "LRP333" for the town of Stroeder Province of Buenos Aires.
From that moment on, the management of the station is under the responsibility of Mr. Carlos Alberto Adami. It was created in order to serve the community and area of influence, being the protagonist in various opportunities of solidarity campaigns and maintaining fluent communication with intermediate institutions.The broadcast schedule is from Monday to Monday from 7 a.m. to 00 a.m. own.
