This is a language learning application. The application supports the 快乐学中文 textbook series written by Guo Shaomei published by Nanmeebooks, Thailand. There is currently a known issue with Samsung so users will need to go to:
Settings > General management > Language and input > Text-to-speech output > Preferred engine > Select Google Text-to-speech Engine
