Once the app opens and I get connected to a device, the app shuts down. If this company is going to have an app made to aid techs, then make sure it works. I have uninstalled the app multiple times with no chang. The app is useless.

buggy app gets hung up a lot. would be better as Bluetooth rather than wifi so you don't lose internet connectivity while using.
