This app is terribly clunky, buggy, and takes forever to operate. Half the time it doesn't unlock right away and you have to repress the unlock button. The remote unlock feature isn't any better and with the feature it disconnects from the wifi quite often. Now I tried changing a setting about the same time someone tried to open up the door with a code and now the whole app doesn't work It's just pathetic how little effort was put into this. I'm going to go look for other smart locks and apps.

This just disconnected it from Android's password management. :( ---- Please use the "what's new" section to actually say WHAT'S NEW. What does your latest "support prompt" sentence fragment mean?
