Getting Location is required message while it is already on. can you help me solve this?

Very poor. I regularly uninstall and reinstall to unfreeze the app and get it working again Often loses connection to the hearing aids Response to changes to volume or sound balance is very hit and miss, requiring at least two taps to register a change with the aids. Great hearing aids deserve a better interface.
