SIIBCI

SIIBCI (Integrated System of Bilateral Information and International Cooperation) is an application for use by officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Worship of Costa Rica, which aims to serve as an agile and simple platform to access immediate, updated and relevant to the countries with which Costa Rica maintains diplomatic relations. The application contains general information on each country through a descriptive sheet, as well as information on bilateral legal instruments, and current considerations on bilateral and multilateral policy, such as the date of establishment of diplomatic relations, the dialogue mechanism, meetings held and current issues on the bilateral agenda. For its part, in terms of international cooperation, it includes recent events, cooperation agreements, executed projects and the status of scholarships. Finally, in terms of economic diplomacy, it contains the status of bilateral relations in this area, including priority issues in the six pillars: commercial, scientific, technological and innovation, attracting tourism, cultural and sports, academic and economic-environmental. .
