We present this PKT PCS (PKT Public Complaint System) application to facilitate the public in submitting complaints resulting from factory activities. Complaints made can be in the form of text and photos. All complaint data that we receive will be forwarded to the relevant section so that it can be further processed.
With this application, we hope to immediately improve and handle all consequences arising from factory activities so as not to interfere with comfort and health in the surrounding environment.
