Took money out of my savings over the years without my knowledge. Charge $15 to print a copy of your savings statement single sheet of paper. I used to respect them and talk so highly until this came to light. I had great experience with rates on my 1 and 2nd auto loans, but now I will not ever use them again. They lost my trust completely, and then to top it off, conveniently, the app deletes your user and password every 30 days if unused,and you have to jump through hoops to create a new one
