PPE, Fixed Assets and Tools management platform that facilitates the registration of deliveries of assets, PPEs and tools to all workers and the registration of their returns.
Main functionalities:
- View delivery orders organized by requester and delivery location
- Easily identify pending delivery orders
- View the delivered items ordered according to the worker who received them
- View the items pending delivery
- Validate the identity of the receiver of elements with their personal identification
- Take snapshots of proof of delivery and link it to an actual delivery
- Enter signatures of the receivers of elements
- Record deliveries of assets, PPEs and tools
- View the materials assigned to workers
- Register the returns of items by workers in a flexible way
- Enable any of the aforementioned actions both with or without an Internet connection
