In this training you will look at the treatment of decubitus, which is an important topic in particular for bedridden, immobile people. As a nurse with the full advanced qualification LG1 and LG2, you may treat up to two decubitus up to grade II.
You will learn about the physiology of the skin, the development of pressure ulcers, prophylactic measures and treatment options for bedsores that have already developed.
