We are a rural educational institution, dedicated to farmers, rural workers and their families. We seek, through training and skills, keeping them in line with the requirements of the labor market, providing opportunities for specialization and qualification in different occupations. Currently, the institution maintains a portfolio of 254 training focused on training rural professionals (FPR) or Social Promotion (PS).
All training institution are free and meet the demands of the top 15 supply chains of Mato Grosso soybean production and Milhocultura (soy and corn), cotton production (cotton), Cattle Court (beef), Cattle milk (dairy products) , sugar and Alcohol (sugar and sugar cane products) Beekeeping (honey production), poultry (birds), sheep and goat Farming (sheep and goats), Equideocultura (horses, mules and donkeys), fruits (fruits), vegetable Crops and cassava (vegetables and cassava ), fish farming (fish), Forest Systems (timber, syringe and management), Cafeicultura and swine (pigs).
The Senar-MT also performs 13 Special Programs focused on property management, safety, entrepreneurship, care for people with special needs, citizenship and digital inclusion.
So that we can fulfill our mission and improve our work we have about 300 accredited instructors, who provide educational services in different areas of knowledge. Our major partners in carrying out the training are the 89 rural unions. We also have support from local governments, producer associations, universities, state and federal agencies, among others.
Only then SENAR-MT can be within the farm and take the professional qualifications of men and women in the field. For us, the classroom is the corral, planting, warehouse, or other place where the producer and workers work daily.
