The founder and director of the institute is Mr. Subhash Karwasara. The history of the institute dates back to the times when government services, though sought after, lacked professional guidance in the town of Taranagar. Mr. Director left his well-established career as he had the zeal to engage with young minds and share his knowledge and experience. Thus, started the journey of the institute with one classroom As the words spread so did the success of the institute. It has now been 10 years for the institute in contributing to the shaping of young professionals working for a better society.
