Skills Based Approach

Skills Based Approach is a recognized methodology for lifelong learning. The premise is to constantly cycle through four stages with an evolving skill set. The methodology is fully documented in two books (2013 and 2020). A student / worker should use the book as a guide to understand each screen, layout, and feature of the app.

In the planning stage, learners manage tasks (color coded in red). In the building stage, learners manage learning objectives (green). In the presenting stage, learning manage platforms (purple). In the validating stage, learners manage credentials (blue). Each stage includes ways to reach intended goals.

Currently the apps work with the same login and data as Skills Label (learning labels application). There is integration between the two platforms. (Skills Label is a patent allowed system to manage and track skills. Includes ten established Android apps.)
