T Visible Voice Guidance' is a service that provides information on the screen of SK Telecom's'Vocal AI consultation' (voice recognition) at the same time.
When you call Customer Center 114 and select ‘Vocal AI Consultation (Voice Recognition)’, the on-screen guidance starts with voice guidance.
Customers can listen to the voice guidance through their ears, check the announcement with their eyes, view the suggested words on the screen, and request voice recognition.
※ How to use
(1)'T visible voice guidance' service download
*** For the first download, it must be executed once.
(2) 114 (SK Telecom customer center) call connection
(3) Follow the instructions and choose ‘Vocal AI consultation’
(4) Automatic execution of the'T visible voice guidance' service
(5) Check the screen guidance while listening to the voice guidance
※ Exceptions
-If the network is unstable, screen execution may be delayed.
-Depending on the network condition, the announcement on the screen may appear later than the voice guidance.
※ Installation specifications
Android 4.1 or higher available

Device ID and call information: Check whether the current terminal device status is a call status
Device and app records: Internet access to provide voice guidance service that can be seen during a call
Storage space (photo/media/file): Save and read data files required to run the application

Drawing on top of other apps: Provides the use of screen services provided during a call
