O’citoyen is a 100% free mobile application that allows citizens and elected officials of a municipality to work together to build the city of tomorrow. It is also a service platform that allows town halls to engage in a real process of citizen participation at the level of their city.
The SIGNALS module allows the citizens of a municipality to report any dysfunction in the territory (degradation, anomaly, etc.) to their town hall in real time. The community will be able to process these requests more efficiently and inform citizens about the processing of the reports issued. Citizens can add a photo to complete or illustrate their reports.
The CITIZEN CONSULTATION module allows citizens to express their opinion on an upcoming project by answering a questionnaire asked by their town hall.
The VIDEO CONSULTATION module allows citizens to record a video testimony about a project or a theme of the future, in response to their elected representatives. Citizens can also freely testify on a theme (mobility, roads, environment, etc.), draw the attention of elected officials to subjects to be studied or suggest ideas / projects.
The NEWS module allows citizens to follow the news of their city (projects, neighborhoods, events, cultural life, sports, associations, etc.).
The ALERT module allows the town hall to alert citizens in the event of danger (climatic, epidemic, terrorism, etc.).
Other modules will complement O’citoyen to allow elected officials and citizens to build the city together. The modules are accessible to citizens when their city sets up the O’citoyen service platform. It allows them to activate one or more modules and offer citizens the possibility of becoming actors in the life of the municipality and in future projects for their city.
O’citoyen is available in stores on smartphones and tablets.
