Smar-Hat (Biosecurity Management Assessment System in Fish / Shrimp Hatchery), is an application that is used by the community to find out the status of fish hatchery biosecurity in Indonesia. This application is used by assessors (group assessors) to assess the biosecurity implementation of its members which are supported through self assessment and confirmatory assessments by authorized officials. This application is useful for farmers to buy seeds that are safe from disease.
This application was developed by the Directorate General of Aquaculture, Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries with features including:
