"We have moved to subscription to put us more in step with our competitors." As yes, the race to the bottom is alive and well in apps, too. You know it isn't a requirement to charge more because the competitor is, right? If you charge more because they are, then are you really competitors, or just colluding to manipulate the market for more profits? How many subscriptions is realistic for one to be able to maintain when rents are more than 50% of our income and food prices tripled?
