HappyFacility is a professional application for Armonia Group customers. It allows any person, responsible for general services or occupying sites, from his mobile:
- To create simply, quickly and without text entry the requests for intervention.
           o Possible addition of comments and photo
           o Notification to the assumption of responsibility and closure of the intervention by our teams
           o Progress monitoring, knowledge of comments made
           o Evaluation at the end of the intervention
- To be informed of any event relating to the working environment
- To have all the information concerning the site and the services offered.
The application is complemented by a web interface that offers configuration, monitoring and activity reporting adaptable to your needs.
