About TickIt

A vast majority of businesses use email, calls, messages, etc. to assign tasks to other members of the organization. There are practically no controls on the completion of the task by the assignee. If the task hasn’t been completed by the assigned person, the assigner has to send follow-up messages repeatedly. Businesses lose a lot of money as a result of these avoidable inefficiencies.

TickIt aims to get the business rid of these problems. It allows a user to raise a ticket to someone within the organization which remains open until closed by the assignee. Time-tracking starts as soon as a ticket is created and the assignee gets email and app notifications. Aging of the ticket starts from the date of creation; both the assignor and assignee get to see their tickets in the app. The top management and admins in the organization can see all the open tickets in their dashboard and can identify inefficiencies to rectify them.

TICKETS
* Whenever you have a task for someone or for yourself, create a ticket
* Every ticket you create will have a timestamp and will remain open till it is resolved
* Every ticket has an assigned priority to it like critical, high and normal
*Create a ticket for anyone in the group
* Add multiple attachments to every ticket—pictures, videos, and files
* Both the ticket assignee and ticket assigner can add multiple comments to every open ticket
* Setup auto reminder on tickets assigned to you
* Admins and agents can forward the ticket to someone else in the group

PEOPLE
* Every person in the organization can be one of admin, agent, or user
* Create and manage people manually one by one or through CSV import
* Create users who cannot raise a ticket but you can raise a ticket to them
* Create users who can raise tickets only to agents/admins and not to the other users

DEPARTMENTS
* Create departments to segregate people in your organization
* Apply different rules for tickets generated in different departments, like allowing users to create tickets or duration after which the importance of a ticket increases.

TASKS
* Schedule tasks that will repeatedly and automatically be created and assigned on a future date and time set by you.
* Admins can assign tasks to anyone in the organization
