When an item received to repair we can add the item to ServiceBook with its status and reported issue, The customer will get a notification via SMS with its reference number and service person's contact details.
Service engineer can update its status during work progress. After the completion of work customer will get the notification through SMS, after the delivery of an item customer will also get the notification via SMS.
All the staffs in a service center can track all the activity related the particular item in future and its status.
Customer will notify by SMS when an item received / completed / delivered.
Key Features
Registration of user
1. Register a new firm with Mobile number, Business Name, Business Person's name
2. Register employees in their mobile as service engineers
3. Add employees to the particular business by using their mobile number
Add a service Item
1. Add an item with auto generated serial number, customer name, mobile number and reported issue
2. All the staff in a firm will notify when new service item is added.
3. The service person can get the details of the customer and call them directly.
4. Service person can update when the work is completed and customer will notify by SMS in real time.
5. After customer delivered the item they also receive a message.
6. Sort all the service items by its status
7. User can filter received items by its status like pending, outsourced, completed etc.
8. Edit and update the details anytime.

1. If a customer called for an onsite service, then add customer name, phone number and reported issue.
