This application provides a real-time attendance management solution and daily activity monitoring for all school elements. The application's main functions include an accurate and efficient digital attendance system for recording the daily attendance of employees and school staff, including monitoring working hours and detailed attendance reports. In addition, there is a dedicated attendance facility for teachers to record teaching schedules and class attendance history. SIMETRIS also manages student attendance (daily attendance) digitally, effectively reducing administrative errors and sending attendance/absence notifications to relevant parties.
Furthermore, this application offers a School Activity History feature that allows users to view and record all important activities taking place at the school, from the teaching and learning process to extracurricular activities, thereby ensuring transparency of school activity information. SIMETRIS is designed with different user roles in mind to ensure the information accessed is relevant and secure. Employees and staff have access to personal attendance and related administrative features, while teachers have access to personal attendance, student attendance in class, and teaching activity reporting.
