Памятники Саратова

The application "Monuments of the city of Saratov" was created by activists
Saratov regional children's public organization "Union of young
ecologists of the Saratov region "and members of the regional branch of Malaya
Academy of Sciences from the Palace of Creativity of Children and Youth named after O.P. Tabakov
(associations "Architects" and "Aksy").
The app includes over 300 monuments located on
the territory of the city of Saratov and the urban district, divided into categories
for ease of search and use: "Architectural Monuments", "Great
Patriotic War "," Famous personalities "," Historical events ",
Other Wars, Art Objects and Others. To the photograph of the monument
attached text description (history of the monument, where and when it was installed,
authors, etc.), location with coordinates, which allows
go to Yandex map and use the navigator.
The database of monuments of the city of Saratov was created. Based on
a list of monuments from the Great Saratov Encyclopedia, but essentially
supplemented by architectural monuments and some not listed in
given source. Also added are the monuments of the urban district of g.
Saratov, recently (in 2021) annexed to the city.
The application is designed for a wide audience of users of any
age who are interested in the history of their native land and city, reflected and
immortalized in monuments of various content and performance and
art objects.
