Connects to a full LND node using a gRPC interface. The default port for gRPC is 10009. Version 1 does not currently support Tor but will very soon.
Other features include quick scan which creates and stores a 0 amount invoice for fast and easy payments. Once an invoice has been paid via quick scan, the invoice is disposed of in memory and a new one is created and stored in its place.
