The My Telcel app is the easiest way to recharge, pay, purchase packages and manage your line services without having to go to a Customer Service Center. It is available to all our clients with a compatible GMS device.

Once you download it, register to access all the possibilities it offers. If you are not yet registered, you can use My Telcel to recharge and check your balance and Internet consumption.
Do you have a Rental Plan?
On the "Home" screen we present you with the most relevant information on your line; Know your balance and payment deadline.
In the "My Account" section, pay your invoice with a credit or debit card, download your previous invoices and check your payment history.
In the "Services" section you can recharge friends and family members with a credit or debit card, register/deregister Additional Services for your line, buy Internet packages and packages to travel abroad.

In the "Home" section we show you the most relevant information about your line, you can contract Unlimited Internet and Friend Packages and, if you already have one, we tell you what it is and the available MB. Check the detail of your balances and make recharges with credit or debit card.
In the "Services" section, you can also recharge your credit, purchase Internet packages, manage your toll-free and frequent numbers, change your billing scheme, and check your Telcel and Third-Party subscriptions.
