Not possible to end a renewable subscription. I hate this app, it is so user unfriendly..takes forever to learn how to do anything and no help from anybody at the program developers. hate that all sports are using this junk app nowadays..

Absolute rubbish. As an end user, unable to pay for services due to broken payment widget. No effective issue resolution forthcoming from the support team. Still waiting to pay for services to a local business I am a customer of. Getting very frustrated now, as it's a massive waste of time

I really tried to like it and make it work but it's just nonsense and unusable on the phone. Signing in using phone number doesn't work, and once finally in, can't perform any useful actions or see any invoices in World Class. Fine as the desktop version but as a phone app useless. Edit: nope can't even sign in through the website

I've been dealing with WorldClass who are using this app and this app doesn't let you unsubsribe from a gym because the unsubscribe "button" isn't a real button and my gym doesn't do anything, I now have to close my card and sue becauseI've lost hundreds of euro's almost close to a thousand. All because this app is so broken
