Widget is not working and design is a bit poor

I like the decimal/metric time and the 24 hr clock. Some improvements I'd like to see: a way to rotate some of the clocks 180 degrees, a toggle for 12/24 hr format, the degrees based on local time, and the metric time also with 100 hr a day divided into 1000 seconds. example 65.468 instead of 6.54.68 It could also be read as percent of the day or second and kilosecond.
