Does NOT send pictures when it's supposed to. It takes great pictures as a trail camera but you don't see them until you pull the SD card or pay for HD pictures. I even contacted them and we updated the firmware in my camera. I thought it was working good but then one day, the pictures just stopped coming. Then one day I got 50 pictures sent to me. This month it stopped all together. Then two days ago, I got 125 pictures. I have good service and battery life. I'll never pay them again!

we have 2 cameras set up in the woods, one works great, the other does not. The one that doesn't work shows it has 90% signal however, it does not send photos to the app. But when we check the SD card, there are photos being taken, it's just not sending them to the app. We have attempted troubleshooting, but it has not resolved the issue.

Overall it's been a good app. Sometimes the photos happened 20 min before I get a notification. Other than that it's good.

Had a camera stop working spypoint took care of it without a problem had a new one shipped to me within 7 days couldn't be happier with the spypoint handled things.
