Video Frame Timer

The app allows you to get the time difference between different spots in a video.
Buttons in order: Pick video, previous frame, play/pause, next frame, tare.
Tare - press to reset time to 0 for the current frame. Long press to jump to the frame that is 0.
Time up top shows difference between 0 frame and current frame.
