I would love to give it a higher rating but, until they add more vehicles to customize, I am stuck with nothing to do but collect money. There is no way to even level up without repairing vehicles and it had been a long time since they've updated and added any new ones. Overall game play is fun but starting to lose interest without being able to progress.
