Amir Hossein Maqsoodlou was born on 30 September 1366 in Tehran with Azeri origin
He was born in a family of 5 people in Majidieh neighborhood of Tehran. They lived in Rasht for a while because of his father's job, Amir has been working since he was a teenager due to the family's financial situation and he has two older sisters. Amir was an apprentice in a carpentry workshop for a while and in a supermarket for a while.

According to himself: Rafiq is open, stubborn, one rib, kind, emotional, foul-mouthed, zealous and careless in financial matters.

His height is 175 cm and his weight is 75 kg.
