Sterling Currency Exchange (SCE) Limited is an Authorised Payment Institution (API) under The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), established to carryout services beyond just money remittance.
The company was first established in November 2005 to provide ‘travel money’ to its customers. In 2018 SCE was re-authorised under the Payment Service Regulation 2017 to carryout payment services in the UK and all over Europe.

SCE has since evolved from the small shop front on Tweedale Street in Rochdale to having a more global view through partnerships in Nigeria, Canada, USA and Hong Kong.
