The extensive Monitoring and Evaluation framework comprehensively contains routine checking and assessment, household census survey, inventory overviews, and management. The system incorporates functionality for demographic profiling based on survey results, manage commodity distribution and cash transfer. It also implements MIS and GIS to oversee key information/data that is significant in order to arrange different programs and events, prepare to report based on a wide variety of metrics/indicators, quality assessment of the arranged programs and help streamline the process of decision-making.

It is capable of tracking and storing key user and participants’ information for further analysis. Generating useful reports, which can measure the effect of the project after collecting all relevant information in the web-based platform. The system offers provision for collaboration from and with other awardees of the Food for Peace program.
