The app provides a means for users to dictate reports from wherever they are - directly into the phone. At the click of a button, the voice gets uploaded to the cloud and from there, it arrives onto the secretary's screen.
The interface has been kept deliberately simple - with easy-to-understand functionalities. It has been modeled on the analogue dictaphones of yore.
It must be noted that a Report name has to be typed in before dictation can begin.
There is a 'Draft' function. If you wish to stop and complete the recording later, you can "Save to Draft". And if a phone call comes through while recording, the dictated segment gets saved automatically to 'Draft' too.
