Concurrent app pulls everything you need to manage your tenancy with your property manager into one convenient app.

Say goodbye to piles of crumpled documents and unnamed PDFs in your inbox and say hello to a digital vault for all your important tenancy documents. From the app, you can easily access everything from your contract, rent payment schedule and EPC to how-to guides and other useful documents provided by your property manager. (It also reduces printing which is good for the planet).

You can also see the payment status of all your rent instalments, with useful reminders sent to you before each instalment​ is due. If you need to discuss payment terms or any other issues with your property manager, just open up the app and live-chat with your property manager. You can even report maintenance issues with photos and check on the status of those tickets.
