Yeoh Khar Kheng is scholarly academic (SA) (AACSB 2013 Standards) in the field of business management and entrepreneurship.
Yeoh holds a Doctorate degree in business administration and Master of Business Administration from the Graduate School of Business, University Utara Malaysia (UUM).
His doctoral study aimed at modelling the determinants of knowledge worker's innovative work behavior which is critical for a better understanding of how organizations in KIBS can best manage the level of innovative behavior of the knowledge workers.
Yeoh is actively angaged in research (self-funded, university grant and MoE Grant) with regards to business management and entrepreneurship.
He has published articles in indexed and refereed journals, conference proceedings and presented papers in local international conferences.
He is a reviewer for the refereed journals such as :

- Journal of Global Economics, Management and Business Research

Yeoh is an active SoTL (Scholarship of Teaching & Learning) researcher and currently researched in the area of design thinking, reflective learning log, action research and thematic analysis; as well as case study methods. Through continuous learning, he also possessed a Higher Education Teaching and Learning Certification Programme (Theory and Pratice) by MoE and Advanced Curriculum Design, Management & Development by AKEPT.
