Su Jok Therapy Book Reading Application for Health Problems
1. Su Jok therapy (Su = hands, Jok = feet – Korean) is a therapy invented by Prof. Park Jae Woo, namely therapy by manipulating the areas of the hands and feet using massage, color, seeds, moxa, magnets, rays, needles and others, it's just that this book focuses on the repeated use of massage, color, moxa and seeds
2. Types of seeds may be free and neutral ones are round seeds, for example green bean seeds
3. Seeds have energy for treatment for about 12 hours (or according to the condition of the disease)
4. Moxa is a therapy by warming a certain area according to the area according to the Su Jok map
5. The therapy used in Su Jok consists of correspondent therapy and energy therapy
