- You can cancel the booking at any time without penalty if you didn't charge,
- Pay only for what you consumed: You pay only at the end of the session,
- If you have any problem, the customer service is at your disposal from 9 am to 5 pm (contact section in the mobile app).

For your sessions
- Start Stop a charging session,
- Define when you want to charge: the date, time, and specific days,
- Receive alerts when E-Lectron detects abnormal electricity supply (e.g., over-voltage),
- The customer service is at your disposal from 9 am to 5 pm.
For renting your charging place
- Select when and how to share your charging place,
- You have two price levels. Offer free charges for your friends,
- Approve or reject drivers’ requests, manually or automatically,
- The application drives your guest to your charging place,
- The driver knows your charging place once you accept the session,
- Payment is guaranteed.

- Manage your electricity cost closely. At any time, select the time interval, take note of your electricity costs, the share of your recharges vs. your total energy costs,
- Secure your electricity supply: W-atts prevents your meter from tripping when you charge your vehicle. Continue to surf the internet or watch your favorite series without interruption!
