Department of IT, Himachal Pradesh has Setup a Mukhyamanti Seva Sankalp Helpline @ 1100 (CM Sankalp) wherein all grievances of residents of Himachal Pradesh received through various means will be captured and send to concerned department/ field functionaries for the redressal of same. Citizens can call on helpline number 1100 to lodge their complaints or seek information. Using CM Sankalp App, citizens can also register and track all the complaint of Mukhyamanti Seva Sankalp Helpline. The Departmental officers can access their dashboard and submit the complaint redressal using this App.
