Survey Scriber offer you the ability to effortlessly carry out your property survey inspection and to produce the inspection report at the same time. The mobile app allows you to systematically inspect a property to determine its condition, and by clicking a few buttons at the end of the inspection, your report is automatically generated and sent to your email for final editing, before sending the report to your client.
Survey Scriber is built using industry standard templates to assist your property inspection. The first template currently deployed is the HomeBuyer Survey Report produced to RICS standard. Shortly a property inspection template will follow. The app uses your predefined or free text survey inspect data to complete standard phrases stored in a cloud database. The phrases have been produced with sufficient flexibility to allow you capture information as accurately as possible from your mobile device.
To capture your inspection data, you simply select from available options or input free text to describe your observation. You can type in additional inspection notes or observation not covered in the option that have been provided in the note section or use google keyboard speech to text facility to achieve the same goal. As part of your inspection, you will produce a floor plan of the property making all relevant notation. The app camera feature allows you to take pictures of your paper floorplan and this is embedded into the generated report. This app makes it possible to store your complete inspection report electronically thus eliminating the need for storing paper document.
When generating the report, you have the option to generate it as an editable WORD document or PDF. You can also send the report to multiple recipients even before your final edit. This is useful when your client need an urgent feedback regarding their property inspection.
